RICE LAKE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE “EDUCATOR OF THE YEAR 2013” NOMINATION FORMS:
Attention Students & Staff - This is your opportunity to recognize/honor an educator in the Rice Lake Area Schools, UW-BC or WITC-RL, who has had a positive influence in your life and goes above and beyond to support students in our classrooms and schools. “Educator of the Year” nominations can come from anyone in the community. Entry forms with criteria instructions for writing a short essay are available in the Main Office and Attendance Office. Nomination deadline @ RL Chamber Office is June 7, 2013.
Any Conservation Club member that plans on helping with the annual Conservation Club Youth Day at Hilltop Elementary on Wednesday, May 29th should turn in a pre-excused absence form for Focus and Fourth Hour. Also, please see Mr. Beise to confirm that you will be attending.
Congratulations to the Warrior softball team for their Regional Championship win over Barron last Thursday night. This is the 13th consecutive Regional Championship for the team. The Warriors host Mosinee in the sectional semi-final game tonight at 5 p.m. We hope to see lots of Warrior fans out to support the team!
Any student that had artwork displayed throughout the year that has not picked it up, please see Mr. Britton ASAP to get it before the end of the school year.
Golfers: make sure to sign up for the end of the year golf party in student services by Wednesday.
FFA members we need your help this Saturday volunteering for the June Dairy Breakfast. If you are interested in signing up, please do so in the ag room.
