Use the links below to access district resources from home or when working outside of the district network.

When accessing distirct resources from an outside computer, always be sure you are using a secure connection and that your computer has the latest security patches and anti-virus updates installed.

District Intranet

Access the district intranet, including forms, in-service sign up, and service requests, from home.
NOTE: When logging in you must use the format domain\username - ex. ricelakesd\doej

Elementary students can access, from their home computer, current fiction and nonfiction books that have been purchased by the elementary libraries.

Google Drive

Online storage, sharing, and collaboration for students and staff. Log in using your district email and password.

Material Safety Data Sheets

View the MSDS information for all chemical products registered in use in the district. Follow the link and search for 'Rice Lake School District'

Skyward/Educator Access/Skyward Student Access

Access to Skyward from outside the district computer network

Skyward Mobile App

Teachers - Parents - Students: Directions for downloading and using the Skyward Mobile App for use on mobile devices.

Staff Email

Access to staff email from outside the district computer network.

Student Email

Student email is hosted with Google Apps for Education using Gmail. Log in using your district email and password.

View Environment

Connect to the district's Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. Access any district resource, any time, any where.
NOTE: Requires installation of a free client - see directions in "Help Documents" below. After installing the client you can access the View Environment by launching the client directly.
