Welcome to the River Doc Nature Conservancy!

Come explore 2+ miles of hiking trails along the beautiful shoreline of Lake Desair, our old-growth forest, prairies, and wetlands! 

In the fall of 2021, Rod and Carol Olson donated their 55 acres of woodland, wetland, and prairie to the Warriors of the Rice Lake Area School District in order to provide opportunities to learn, grow, and play within nature.
