PSAT: The PSAT is for Juniors and will be offered on Wednesday, October 16th, at 8:00 AM at Rice Lake High School. The fee for taking the test is $18.00 per student. Students will miss class during periods 1 and 2 that day.

The PSAT (Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test) is a multiple-choice test that measures reading, writing and language, and math skills developed over the years. Click here for more information.
AP Testing: The Advanced Placement (AP) Program is a cooperative educational endeavor between secondary schools, colleges, and universities. It exposes high school students to college level material through involvement in an AP course, and it gives them the opportunity to show what they have mastered by takin an AP Exam. Colleges and universities can then grant credit, placement, or both to students who have completed the exam. The granting of credit and/or placement is at the discretion of each individual college and university.

The test will be administered during May of 2025. If a student signs up and is unable, or chooses not to take it, forfeits $40.00 to the AP program. Any student who qualifies for free and reduced lunch, should see Mrs. Nehring to learn about a reduced fee.
ASVAB: The ASVAB is designed to help students in career exploration for interested students in grades 10-12. This years test plans to be held on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024.
