The Rice Lake Area School District is selling approximately 39.58 acres of land (according to Barron County GIS mapping data). The land resides in the Cameron School District and has road frontage on both 16th Avenue and 23rd Street. The District will be entertaining offers from the public for the purchase of the property through 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2021.  After this date the Board of Education will evaluate offers and may accept, reject, not respond, or provide a counter offer. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any offer and makes no warranty regarding the property’s usability for any purpose. Offers under $3,000 per acre will not be considered.
