ASQ Online Questionnaire:

The Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) is a developmental screening tool that pinpoints developmental progress in children.  This information is a vital part of the Child Find and enrollment process.  The information you provide will allow our staff to evaluate your child’s needs and find the best placement in our district to promote a successful learning environment!  Available for children ages birth to 5-years-old.

Child Development Day & 4K Enrollment Events

Screening all young children ages 0 to 5 years before entering school helps to ensure every child is getting the support he or she needs to be ready for learning.

The Rice Lake Area School District Child Development Day & 4K Enrollment event will be held every year.  Specific information will be advertised in the community and through school district resources.

The screening will provide you and the Rice Lake Area School District with important information and identify children who may benefit from school district and/or community resources.
